One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center is an alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility that is located at 1215 E Court St in Seguin, Texas. Treating substance abuse involves multiple stages of treatment through a recovery program such as that offered by One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. This can include group counseling, individual counseling, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and medically assisted detox, among many others. Treatment programs are based on the individual themselves and are constructed to suit each patient individually. Just as every person is unique, so should treatment programs and that is exactly what patients will receive at One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.
If addicts do not obtain the right type of support and guidance, they may find treatment to be very difficult as the thought of sobriety can seem so far-fetched. At One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center, professional counseling and guidance are provided to all patients aged Adults, giving them the strength needed in order to obtain a life that is free of drug and alcohol addiction. By altering the patient's outlook on life through addiction treatment, they will be able to stay positive throughout the duration of rehab.
The staff members at One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center have a mission and that is to give patients effective and quality addiction treatment so that long-lasting sobriety can be obtained. The path to a positive future starts on a positive foot and that begins at One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. Confronting addiction is a difficult thing to do, but it is the most important step in the recovery process. Through professional counseling during the patient's time in treatment, patients will learn coping skills and trigger management which is imperative to the success of maintaining sobriety.
Maintaining sobriety on one's own is extremely difficult, especially when the addict has tried to go 'cold turkey' on their own. This is because it requires medically-assisted detox in order to properly and safely wean the body off of the substance of abuse. This way the body does not go through sudden withdrawal nor experience harsh side effects. One-Eighty at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center can provide patients with all of the necessary tools, treatments, and resources so that patients have every opportunity to succeed in recovery.

I have been to the Emergency Room a couple times and I'm glad I came here. I receive outstanding help every time I come in. The Doctors and Nurses care about their patients. The hospital food is actually pretty good. If I ever have a medical emergency this will always be my first choice.
The staff here is amazing. Came in for a Chrohns flare. Doctors listened to my symptoms and admitted me right away. I was in so much pain and was taken care of. Both my day and night nurses were wonderful. Thank you Heather and Julie❤️❤️ Y’all are amazing nurses. Wonderful experience! UPDATE- I was readmitted with new symptoms. Feeling awful just the day after. Once again I was treated extremely professional and am finally on the mend. Kristen, Jodie, April, and Linda thanks also for your compassion and help! Robin Watt
I've had 3 of 4 of my children here at the labor&delivery and will continue to have my future children here as well. Hard-working and dedicated staff that always put others before themselves. Everything is so clean too!
Could not possibly say enough great things about this hospital. My only complaint is you don't have a hospital in San Marcos where I live but I will make that 25 mile drive everytime. Even in an emergency please fly me to Seguin! Whatever you do don't take me to CTMC. Great, friendly staff everytime I have gone. Fast service and they treat you with compassion, with a smile, keep you informed every step of the way, tell you time frames and they are quick to all your needs. AAAAAA+++++++++. GRMC you deserve 10 stars!
I can't believe it's taken me so long to review this hospital! I had my son here seven months ago with Dr Kirchner. She was always so much more kind to me andto my kids than any obgyn I've ever had. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I was induced at 37 weeks due to low fluid levels. Because it was so early, I hadn't finished my birth plan yet but it didn't matter. The nurses were so accepting of the few things I told them I wanted before we started that nobody questioned me about them again. After my son was born, pretty much everything I would have put in my plan was done as a matter of course. The one time I went to the ER for fluids, the wait felt long but I'm sure it was less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very kind to me and had me feeling better quickly. The ONLY "complaint" I would have is that I would have liked a second bag of iv fluids before I left. I came in dehydrated and left fine though. I'm looking forward to having any future babies here as well.
I have been in and out of this hospital with my father and my husband, and have been a patient two times myself. The emergency room staff is first-class. They are attentive and informative, and concerned with patient comfort and care. They are also very kind to me when I'm waiting with a family member, offering anything from blankets to food and drink. Dr. Gavin Moreland is the best ER doctor on the planet, I am convinced! He has saved both my daughter's and my husband's lives at different times. The nurses on the surgical and patient floors are all excellent. The rooms are spotless and the care exceptional. Even the hospital cafeteria is great, and I eat lunch here just for fun sometimes. I love this little gem of a hospital!
Thank you labor and delivery for making feel welcome and bring my son into this world. Also awesome hospitality 😉 if you are looking for OB I recommend Dr.Burrus& this hospital.Dr Burrus is great and keeps track of everything and question if you are unsure about your pregnancy. Thank again labor delivery floor. Keep up the Amazing work.😁
They where awesome. I was seen right away and my insurance covers everything. Great Team of Nurses and Doctors!
If I could give more I truly would! I was admitted this past Sunday, and they set my room up on the 3rd floor. Being a former EMT I've visited a number of hospitals and this is by far the best I've ever seen.... The staff was absolutely amazing ( Mrs. Lanitra, Nathan, Dylan, Dr. Harris, Dr. Shah and the rest I'm sorry I couldn't remember everyones names) I truly thank you for the best experience!
